Hi,

please provide your assessment, this is about a turnkey single-family house on a slab foundation from a nationwide provider in a gentle hillside location (please no fundamental discussion about basement/slab). All necessary data neutral see attachment.

Many thanks and best regards.

It doesn't even say whether you are allowed to choose tiles for 40 EUR/m² or only for 25 EUR/m²...

Photovoltaics are quite expensive. Are you sure that this is enough for you? Surface-mounted fitting on the bathtub, 70x170 is also not very large. I personally don't like acrylic tubs at all, they feel like plastic. But I suppose that's a matter of taste.

Apart from the fact that there is far too little content, what is there is "too little" for me... What exactly is "an electric venetian blind" - aluminum? PVC? Front door PVC - are you sure you want that? Everything that you already know you want "more" of, negotiate in now - upgrading will become unnecessarily expensive... GD

I also find that somewhat vague. 150mm insulation, but made of what material? And where it gets specific, it's rather skimpy. A roof overhang of 25cm is not really great. I would count the sockets; 50 sockets can be installed quickly. Tiles and floor coverings probably have a standard, and the rest comes with additional costs. Here, I would do a preliminary sampling so that you know what is included and what costs extra and how much.

What's suddenly bad about a surface-mounted fitting? Honestly, this is slowly turning into a clown show. 170x70 is not small, right? There's already a 4 at the front of the house price... with your "tips" it'll become a 5. Nobody needs that...
