Yes, it all always just looks frighteningly small. I have to go to Thailand or something anyway.

The bank is equally aware of this, but it fulfilled the requirement that, as of today’s standard, it is to be assumed that more assets will be available than just the pension and that you can pay off the property completely without having to sell yourself or your children :P. Whether you sell the apartment in the meantime and use the money to travel around the world and catch all the sexually transmitted diseases is irrelevant to this and entirely up to you.

Since the quoting did not work correctly, a little more about pension increases. The value after a low or maximum increase is only indicated for private pension insurances or life insurances. On the statement of the official German pension, there are also 3 numbers. Pension already reached if nothing more is paid in until retirement age, pension if payments continue as before, and disability pension. All based on the current value of a pension point.

And then take a look at the text under "Rentenanpassungen", there are two more numbers for the pension you receive if payments continue as in the past and an increase of 1%/2% occurs. You can easily verify my claim, it is correct as stated -.-

WilderSueden is right, the numbers for 1% and 2% adjustment are definitely mentioned. I received my first notice from the DRV in 2014 and it was already like that back then.

By the way, we also had to submit them for the financing application.
The possible amount of the pension was therefore possibly examined.

That's correct, I just checked myself. It hadn't caught my attention before because it's hidden in the text, while the numbers above are nicely highlighted.
