How high do you set the repayment? 2%?

15k but since only 50k of own effort was calculated, there is already quite a bit of cushion in there that should be "saved" more

It was first calculated with 1% at just under €1000 payment but with full salary, of course, a higher repayment is made. It can be changed up to 5 times free of charge.

From the perspective of the feasibility of financing, there is no issue as long as the Schufa is acceptable! However, the interest rates (despite the 20-year fixed interest period) still need to become more favorable. Just yesterday, I was able to offer customers with similar conditions a better rate.

Those are very reassuring words! Thank you we still have 2 bank appointments ahead of us.
These will then take your ideas into account regarding bringing the equity capital to 20% with a bit more personal contribution + money and in the next few days directly another appointment with the energy consultant regarding kfw55

I do not see €100,000 savings through own work as realistic.
The shell construction requires materials and machines, I don’t see such an enormous saving there.
If your wife’s salary is lost, it will become very tight.
There is no existing property? Especially when you can do a lot yourself, that is often the significantly cheaper way.
