Deliver, lay, and compact gravel.
Sure, the gravel pit unloads 30 truckloads there. And then?

Do you know the size of the property? Why should 1,500m² be unrealistic?

Somehow I can't get the quantities to add up. Do you have a soil report that requires soil replacement? 405 cubic meters of excavation? For what? You are building without a basement if I read that correctly. The topsoil is already being removed and stored on the side -> 505 cubic meters. That means 505 sqm are being excavated to a depth of 1 meter. Considering the 670 sqm plot and an 11x11 m house footprint, this is absolutely exaggerated in view of the additional amount of excavation. Even with access (construction road) and garage parking space, I come to a MAXIMUM of 300 sqm of area to be worked on. 700 tons of gravel for the house leveling is already intense. So either you have information we are missing to make sense of this or someone is trying to pull a fast one on you. Definitely get a second and third offer. And please verify the quantity framework yourself again. Otherwise, the other offers cannot really be checked in terms of their price.

Even if the plot were 3,000 sqm... you only grade the working area. With the numbers given by the OP, you arrive at maybe 300 sqm of area to be worked on.

The gravel plant delivers small gravel 0/32 by semi-trailer for €14 net and dumps it at the construction site. The OP may live a bit farther away, but the civil engineer gets a discount. About €500 net per truck remains for spreading and compacting, with an excavator already on-site. After 3 such loads, you have paid off the excavator and operator for one day.

Obtain further offers, preferably 2-3. It's best if the earthworks contractors then inspect everything on site themselves. Only then will you know how overpriced the offer is, or maybe not. It seems extremely expensive to me, but we also built in 2018-2019...

Then it is very cheap for you too. Last spring, RC gravel cost me 18 EUR/t. He is talking about frost protection gravel, which is usually natural gravel and should be more expensive. And yes, installation is relatively expensive, but I have seen unit prices (for delivery and installation) that almost represent that down to the exact euro. For our driveway and cistern, we then got the civil engineer to give us a daily rental price for excavator and excavator operator (800 EUR/day). But this is by no means necessarily usual for private builders. But in the end, what has already been recommended to the OP several times remains: get more offers. And possibly also really only inquire about excavator and machine operator plus helper on a daily/hourly flat rate and ask directly at the gravel plants within a 1-hour radius.
