Asbestos cement panels with external render

Hello. I bought a house and asbestos cement panels are installed on a wooden structure on the facade. Since I want to leave them on the facade because a complete dismantling and new cladding is too expensive for me, I thought about it and now have the question. Is it possible to fill the facade with exterior adhesive plaster in order to apply a textured plaster on this basis? I don’t know if these panels move in any way and later cause cracks in the facade.
