Unfortunately, there is no masonry behind this construction. Asbestos cement panels, wooden construction, insulation with Styrofoam, drywall. That is what the construction looks like.

Then just leave the facade as it is. Coat it and done. It has already lasted almost 40 years without any problems.

What would be the best way to coat that? Since the panels are visible and that doesn't necessarily look good, the idea was to use exterior adhesive plaster to get rid of the contours.

Weatherproof cement paint Let yourself be advised on which paint can be used on a facade cladding without any preliminary work. The paint must in any case form a smooth surface that reacts similarly to plastic. In addition, the paint should of course be highly weather-resistant to withstand both summer heat and winter snow. Show us the facade.

Uncoated asbestos cement boards must not be painted or coated, as far as I know.

There are also special regulations for coated ones. Even the necessary cleaning before treatment is complex.

I'm only concerned about whether this variant will hold on the wall

Plastering necessarily means that you have to comply with the Energy Saving Ordinance – it will probably legally result in a requirement for insulation.

Will it hold? No idea. I would ask a professional = painter or similar.
