we have just finished our own home. Now we want to install LED spots in the roof overhang of our city villa. Can these also be installed from the attic and the bulbs replaced if necessary, or do you have to climb under the roof for this...

With LED spots, replacements should only occur very rarely, usually every 5-15 years, and if so, mostly the entire device.

There will always be that one spot that causes problems. Despite the promised lifespan. Especially outdoors.

Well, in most cases you can install the spot from the inside yourself. Simply lower a thread through the opening, pull the spot up on the thread and then install it from there. There are also plenty of spots where the bulb can be changed from the inside. For example, I have Absinthe Clickfit. With those, you can either change the bulb only from the inside or have to remove the spot. However, I don't know if these are suitable for outdoor use. But there should be plenty of comparable spots for outdoors.
