IMHO all these comparisons here bring very little. Neither does one know all the details of the buildings nor the price-relevant conditions (construction site setup, soil conditions, location of the construction site, ...) nor the year of construction. One can only derive a feeling for the order of magnitude.
Just get three quotes. If these are very close together, place an order. If the quotes vary widely, one could get a fourth.
Of course, one can also get 10 quotes, that secures the data basis. And sometimes one is maybe glad to get only a single quote.
Regarding the specific case: The garage is large and IMHO not simple at all (with this interior room). That will rather be a bit more expensive than the garage of the friend of the brother-in-law from three years ago three valleys away. ;-)
