Although it was not asked, you should familiarize yourselves a bit with the topic of controlled residential ventilation.

We are building with a developer and he does not offer controlled residential ventilation; ventilation must still be done conventionally by opening windows.

Do we need to consider anything else regarding the interior doors?

So Prüm doors are completely sufficient in terms of quality?

possibly rounded edges and a different design.

For the bathrooms, we want to have a WC lock installed.

They are now doing it with a turn lock on the inside of the bathroom doors. I believe it's also for safety reasons. In case of illness, it's easier to open the door from the outside.

The people who install our doors have the following doors (with the same design) available

Prym Royal PY-251 or PY-451 (I don’t know what the difference is)
Dextüra Linea AL 14
HGM White Line Type 101e
Jeldwen Lombardo 2810-3

What do you think about these doors or manufacturers?
Do you know if the prices are all close to each other or if one manufacturer is already very expensive (e.g. the Ferrari of doors)

All doors should have a tubular chipboard core

I want to prepare for the appointment for the door selection and know your opinion beforehand and not just be persuaded by salespeople

I am also not an expert/professional in doors, I know the latter brand from a company building. They seem to be good to high-quality (I don't know the exact model name now..) I would proceed as follows. Research manufacturers/models and study the product data sheet (if necessary, a small table for comparing features/properties, etc.) and then of course note prices and possible extras. Then there will be a favorite that may be confirmed during sampling. One should be able to evaluate the doors “with eyes and hands” by then.

The inner door supplier first advised us by phone (on-site appointment next week) to choose the Dextüra doors because they have a special lacquer that makes the doors more resistant, but they are high gloss (which doesn't bother us) most doors are rather matte. Has anyone of you had experience with white lacquer doors from Dextüra?
