Are additives avoidable in concrete?

Like almost everything, the composition of WU concrete is also regulated. In DIN 1045-2, it is specified that at least 280kg of cement per m³ must be contained. This must have a compressive strength of at least C25/30. However, I always use C30/37. The composition of the concrete can be specified at the mixing plant, and then only that is included, meaning cement of a certain quality, gravel, and water. Aggregates only if desired or required. Once the concrete has set, it is also safe for living spaces.

What would evaporate would also be detrimental to durability - and being solid is after all the highest concrete duty. What, , do the objectors argue?
