Are you doing the garden yourselves or having it done? If doing it yourselves, that's certainly no problem, having it done... Lawn is also super cheap if you can wait a few weeks for it to grow ;)

Thank you for your feedback!

Yes, we are doing the outdoor facilities ourselves and we are also installing the fence ourselves. I already have an offer for a 80cm high [Stabmattenzaun] (approx. 60m with posts) about 3,500 EUR + concrete for the posts. The lawn will also be planted by ourselves and the terrace as well as the yard will be done by ourselves and only the material will be purchased.
I am increasing the house connection costs a bit in my calculation.

Regarding the earthworks: We need to create a level surface for the foundation slab and the garden should also be somewhat leveled. But probably no excavation needs to be taken to the landfill, everything can remain on the property. Hence the 18k. But I prefer to increase it to 20k.

One more question... how much slope do you have? When you level a plot of land, you either end up with a slope (dead space, maintenance effort) or a retaining wall (more expensive). The nicest option in that respect is probably a little wall in the garden, but that will likely be the most expensive ;)

Are you a professional? Otherwise, don't underestimate the effort. That sounds like a 5-year construction site.

we have a slope of just under 2 meters over the entire length of about 40 meters. This is to be done by a slope at the end of the property (adjacent to a field path). This costs me some space but it is the most favorable and not visible to me because of a hedge that follows afterwards ;-)

Not me but the helpers ;-)

We put up a fence last year at an acquaintance's place with 4 men, I reckon that took 2 days, and the lawn will probably take 2-3 days as well. Terrace, too.
