Architect recommendation for building permit in Munich

Every independent practicing architect has experience with building permits. So we need further explanations from you as to what particularity lies in your case.

There is nothing special about the house. It is a normal single-family house with a ground floor and an attic. And yes, of course, basically any architect can do that. But there are good and bad ones. I just want a recommendation for an architect based on good experiences with this one.

But there are good and bad ones. I just want a recommendation for an architect based on good experiences with them.

What does good or bad mean?! Usually, it depends on the project. So if you don’t want to build anything exotic, most single-family home planners should suffice. I would choose an architectural firm, not a lone wolf.

What is the point of the discussion? Do you buy any car just because the dealer is nearby? I have my own engineering office and know that there are big differences in planning services. Planning errors sometimes result in irreparable defects, higher construction costs, delays, and a lot of trouble. So I still want a recommendation for an architect for a single-family house in Munich. There is nothing to discuss, just answers if someone knows someone and has had positive experiences with the office.

Not many names are generally mentioned, but maybe you'll find something relevant for you. However, I don't know who among those who already have experience is still active if you have any inquiries.

My feeling is that there are some experience reports here in the forum about the big GUs, but for single trades or regional providers in general, you have to be a bit lucky to find anything.
