I do not understand the problem. We had the fine staking out last week and a few days before that the rough staking out. At no time was a signature/approval from us requested. What is the approval supposed to be for?Hello everyone, unfortunately, we have a conflict where the parties involved (surveyor, architect, site manager) have differing opinions. The surveyor (or one of his employees) carried out the rough staking out and now wants to have the staking out sketch approved in writing. The protocol of the rough staking out includes a signature line. Only after this written approval will he carry out the fine staking out. Neither the architect nor the site manager want to countersign here and demand this from the surveyor (self-control of the work). The question now is: who is responsible for approving the rough staking out protocol? Is there a uniform/clear regulation? Many thanks for your support and best regards, Martin
