Approval of the rough staking protocol: who has to provide it?

THANK YOU for the numerous responses and assessments! I also had the feeling that the surveyor wants to protect himself. No one wants to take responsibility for anything anymore, sad. I will check the rough staking out and also consult with the site management about this, then sign as the client. As it looks, everything is fine and the surveyor cannot evade his responsibility by a signature. Best regards
