I even confess to having bought toilet paper online once. But never, never, and never again will I buy furniture online. You have to see it, touch it, sit on it to try it out. Everything always looks great in photos, but when you hold the item in your hands (and the threshold for exchange with bulky goods is high), disappointment sets in. I've seen it too often with acquaintances, I don't need that.
Buying toilet paper online — now that's something.
Yes. There were just too many big differences. We also looked at many high-quality chairs, Kettler, Royal Garden, and so on. Everyone just sits differently. And expensive doesn’t necessarily mean totally comfortable and good. With some, I simply would be too worried that they would scratch easily... I would never buy them online without having seen them! Whether table or chairs or anything else. I already had a hard time with the kitchen, meaning not seeing my kitchen set up exactly the way I want it — but that really is a thing of impossibility anyway.
