Alpha Innotec heat pump failure

btw: Did you connect the heat pump to the internet and have a maintenance contract? We are considering doing that with our AI heat pump, wondering if it's worth it or if an annual service by the heating technician is the better solution?

We completed a commissioning 5+ via AIT, the cost was around €300, and you get a 5-year warranty on the system. The online activation is also included.

I have not connected it to the internet. Do I just need to plug in a network cable from the distributor? Or does it need to be activated? A maintenance contract has been concluded but the first maintenance has not yet been carried out.

Connect the cable and, for example, download the Alpha Inotec App from the AppStore.

Or download the datagui from a specific forum on the laptop.

And a restart is also possible by holding down the round button.

I pressed the button for reset for 10 seconds. However, it jumped back to error after a few minutes.

We also did commissioning through AI, however for 500€ :oops:. Maintenance contract = online activation? That probably wouldn't be possible, I haven't found out any costs for that yet ...
