So I think 300L is fine. Less would also be sufficient, but we would rather take a bit more than too little. Especially because [Photovoltaik] is also being used. Everything about the heating has already been said :)

1. Buffer tanks for heat pumps cost efficiency and money. There are no advantages at all. (Go to the htd F o r u m - you will be stoned for having a buffer tank) 2. A 300-liter hot water tank is suitable for 4 people. With 150 liters, you won't be able to shower the entire family one after another (let alone one person wants to take a bath and the rest shower). When my three girls come back from the stable and get ready in the shower, you can only use the water that comes afterward to cool boiled eggs. They quickly suck the 300 liters down from 50 degrees to below 30 degrees. Girls, after all... 3. Photovoltaics for a 300-liter hot water tank hardly makes a difference. The heat pump simply uses too little electricity for that. 4. In my opinion, the heat pump is chosen one size too large.

You are in the unique situation that your GU does not want to install a buffer tank. That is great, you should be thankful. Usually, you have to argue for a long time until you get it that way. So just leave it out, just like room thermostats.

The heat pump should only be selected by the GU once the room-by-room heating load calculation is available. And then simply choose the correct heat pump based on the heating load without any surcharges. If it is to be good for the environment and the future, R290 as refrigerant.

The question remained unanswered yesterday. Probably "KFW100".

Originally, KfW 55 was planned, but since the subsidy has been discontinued, we have currently not targeted or set a KfW standard. I did not see the question yesterday.

Either I am missing something or our understanding of "hardly noticeable" and "too little electricity" is different. What do you understand by "too little electricity" expressed in numbers? How much does the 300L tank require per day?
