Isn't this range generally considered the correct and healthy optimum!?
At least this has been my understanding so far, so your statement really surprises me.

Absolutely correct. Below 40 percent is bad, anything above 60 percent is not good either. Ideal would be 50%.

At least "not ideal" from a health perspective. Therefore, I would roughly define the range of 35-55% as OK. But the optimum is precisely 45-50%.

That's exactly the problem nowadays, especially with controlled residential ventilation, the humidity is often too low (< 35%) and people rather try to increase it!?

Yeah, I agree. Even with enthalpy, we currently only reach about 35%.

OK, I thought of something else when it came to water damage. But I never would have thought something like that would cost 400€. Wow.

Yes, currently we are at about 40% or slightly below in some cases. We don’t have enthalpy yet. We need to see how the first winter goes and if a few more plants come, etc., it could possibly get slightly better. But that is a point we are monitoring.

Otherwise, I’m waiting one more day regarding the current consumption values, but the consumption was 20 kWh each within the last 48 hours for 24 hours.
