I also find the 12 much better!

Thank you for your assessment. May I ask why you prefer the 12? The snow clearing part already makes sense to me. :-)

At the corner plot, every pedestrian can look into the garden and also walks directly past the property, and the houses south of the property can also all see very well into the garden.

I’ll just continue using this thread here, since our situation is similar. After a series of unsuccessful viewings (sometimes too old, sometimes too small, too big, too expensive, too far away, etc.), it should now be a new build after all. In the neighboring town (about 6,000 inhabitants) we came across an attractive new development area in the middle of greenery (see attachment). The plots facing south with a view over the wide landscape are unfortunately already sold. But facing north or towards the town center would also be possible. With building plots, you have to take what’s available nowadays anyway... it’s really crazy what’s going on at the moment. Now we’re considering whether and for which plot we should apply. Planned is a two-story prefab house with about 145 sqm of living space and a double carport. Since neither of us are big garden fans, it doesn’t necessarily have to be the one with 959 sqm. And the price per square meter is already 90 euros after all... I’d be grateful for tips and opinions. :-) Greetings from the jogger

If I see it correctly, 26 and 28 are still available? I always find streets to the south a bit annoying because then the double carport has to be located south IN FRONT OF the house. In this respect, I don't find any of the northern ones ideal, but it was the same for us, we also had to take what we got.
