Number 9 is the best of those. House nicely facing northeast, has a fine southwest terrace, sunny. Due to the curve in the street, Dunda to the west has the least shading, evening sun!, to be feared. Otherwise it doesn't matter. Whichever of the smaller ones you take, all the same. Or are there contour lines that should be considered. Rule, building uphill is cheaper than downhill. The flatter the better. 90 per sqm is fair for a 6000 population community. There will also be shops and such. Buy! Land is the only asset in this world that cannot be increased. More people, more buildings, limited land, can only get more expensive.

Thanks already for the previous opinions and hints. More of that gladly. :-)

No. 26 + 28 are probably already reserved, so there is no square meter number there.
The street to the south doesn't really exist yet. There is only meadow and field. I even drove by again today. ;-)

Does the development plan allow two-story buildings? I would not exclude any of the available plots. A garden facing south is nice, but with a lot of creativity regarding the location of the house and carports, one can also be happy with a different orientation.
Best regards, Yvonne

Location / section / size is one thing, but without marked building plots it is only half the basis for tackling a ranking of available plots. Contour lines are also not entirely irrelevant in this context.

If not marked, one can probably assume that only boundary distances have to be observed.
