Regarding the passage about the house rules: I also believe that this is standard. In addition, the home construction company explicitly allows us (but at our own risk) to enter the property and the construction site. So that is not a problem.
Regarding the advertising signs: the actual problem lies in the fact that the external heating company and the home construction company (= planner) did not communicate with each other during the planning phase, even though I insisted on it very intensively at the time. In the end, they said they would exchange information and for me the matter was settled. However, it now turns out that they did not talk to each other after all and as a result, for example, the floor structure on the upper floor is not high enough to accommodate the ventilation system there (I cannot oversee such details as a construction layman during the planning phase, that is what the planner is for). Simply making the floor structure higher is not that easy because the door lintels are already in place. Of course, a solution will be found, but the construction companies are now passing the additional costs on to us, which I, understandably, do not consider to be entirely fair. I have already negotiated with both construction companies about similar problems and had to realize that they are tough and do not grant even the tiniest discount and also do not admit the mistake themselves but always blame the other construction company. That is just how it is when you unfortunately have two construction companies.
