Additional costs KfW55 experiences

I once noted the following average values at some point (unfortunately I don't remember the source) - naturally varies from municipality to municipality, depending on consumption and provider etc:

all values per month:
property tax: 20ct/sqm living space per month (larger variation depending on multiplier and region, timber frame construction is about 10% cheaper than solid construction if properly registered...)
water: 7 euros / person
sewage: 10 euros / person
electricity: you probably know better, 50-90 euros depending on number of people and equipment
garbage fees: 15-30 euros / household
chimney sweep (if needed): 6-8 euros
home insurance: 12-20 euros
then also [GEZ], [SAT], [DSL] etc
for heating incl. hot water I would assume 40-80 euros/month for KfW 70/55 (40 euros geothermal heat pump, 80 euros district heating, gas or air/water heat pump somewhere in between...)
for ventilation systems, filters may additionally be required, which can be costly...

So once again on the topic of KFW55 energy costs. 190 sqm; moved in February. Just checked our heating to see what it consumed: 356 kWh electricity -> 88 €. Currently 38 kWh electricity in 3.5 days -> Projection: 336 kWh electricity (unless it gets warmer, of course)
