That means there is not even a submission planning yet? On what basis was the offer created?
You could have submitted the building application long ago. And why is the appraiser not allowed on YOUR property?
These are all things that you
normally (of course I do not know your exact circumstances) can take care of as soon as you own the property (or partly - appraisals - even earlier)...
*Did you miss this or did the construction company stall you? I'm asking because this might provide an opportunity to extend the price binding period if the fault lies with the builder...
