Additional construction costs ... but which ones?

after the first days of normal shock ventilation and surface drying, in the height of summer we just left the windows tilted open. hot + tilted = constant air exchange. and yes I know, it's not cool because of possible cracks in the screed. construction was bone dry, it took about a week longer than originally thought until the readiness for tiling was ensured. since everything is still hanging/sticking to the walls/floors, everything seems to be fine.

The construction power supply is provided by your building electrician and cost us €150 including rental for the box and registration of the meter with the public utility company. Construction water was included in the total price without a meter.

It is so different - RWE charges 450 euros here for the construction power connection - plus the construction power box, which my roofer wanted to set up for almost 700 euros.

I bought a box myself and connected it in the neighbor's basement - so I only had the costs for the electricity itself.

Of course, I meant the construction site power meter, the installation of the connection on the property, ...

And about the box. How expensive is such a construction power box?

Nope, the box is basically free because you can sell something like that again for at least the same price.

Depending on the equipment, you have to pay between 200-500 euros. It is important to know beforehand whether an all-current sensitive fuse has to be installed ([Rohbauer fragen]).

Regarding "surveying costs," one must see what is required, usually

1. Plot division: approx. 2-3k€
These costs do not apply if you purchase a fully surveyed parcel with a parcel number (!). When buying
a still to be surveyed partial area (!), these costs still apply and can vary greatly depending on the case.
2. Fine staking out (can be included in the scope of services of the shell builder/GC): approx. 500€
3. Building measurement for the cadastre: approx. 750-1000€, varies by federal state
