Absolutely unhappy with the new plaster, doesn't fit - please give tips

All right, and I take it all back. Meanwhile, it looks really great. It was shaken, the joints were filled with graphite sand, the stairs and the facade at the bottom were cleaned, and bam - the result is great. Thanks for the advice. Sometimes you just need a little patience.

It is still not finished, however. The facade and stairs will be cleaned again, the gray concrete strip will be plastered white. I think it looks really good now.

You have quite an adventurous door handle. :) The holsters and windows suit the house well, I think. And the driveway too. Everything done right, I would say.

I actually find the porch roof much more adventurous ;) . The pavement looks good, great that you are satisfied now after all! We had the same, just in large format, and yes, the color differences won't be as drastic over time, but still noticeable. We still liked it after 16 years.
