Hi,
I am new here in the forum and would like to ask my first question.
But before I do that, a little background. We have an old Faktum kitchen that has accompanied us for many years and has been remodeled from time to time. Since the old Nexus fronts are no longer available, we have decided to completely redo the kitchen.
We have looked at all kinds of options and ended up going back to Ikea.
If only it weren’t for that stupid 20cm grid...
Now I came across the 45cm front (802.915.52) and thought I could build a cabinet around it (or adjust it). (The previous plan was to plan 25cm cabinets based on the corner cabinet doors)
But, at Ikea, the dimensions are listed as:
Width: 45 cm
Height: 2 cm
Length: 90 cm
Aren't the base cabinets normally 80cm high? Is that just the packaging dimension, but not the front dimension?
Is this actually a self-service item or a stock item? (With self-service I could just stop by briefly and measure).
Regards, Kai
