Yes and no, it is not that simple. Mathematically, a third full floor must be created. In doing so, 2/3 of the roof area must reach a height of 2.30 m. Since the dormers are usually as high as the attic, they are included in the calculation. So: roof pitch 25°, 60 cm knee wall, and on each side of the roof 2 dormers adjusted to the necessary size should be sufficient. The whole thing must be approvable with an exemption application.
