Please open your own thread and do not simply steal someone else’s thread – the original poster wants to discuss _their_ house here, not yours

I have already explained the procedure to the "thread thief" via private message, his question is now here:

Only apparently is not so keen on discussion, but always just throws something out, then reads arguments and throws something out again. There is also a lack of written engagement with the objections. I always find written communication good, because it is very helpful when you try to structure your thoughts in such a way that the other party (us, the esteemed readership) can possibly follow those thoughts.

... is unfortunately also made more difficult by the fact that external links are not desired here. An exception for references to crosspostings could make it easier to stay on track in the overall discussion of such dual-track progressing threads. In the green forum, the thread is by "Lammbock" and is called "Floor plan 160m2 timber frame house on the north slope with basement - opinions requested". However, the dialogue there is also sluggish and fruitless.

It doesn't matter. It's a bad design; over there it was silent for a week before someone finally reacted. There are just designs that leave you speechless. And the dear OP is licking their wounds. For many, a forum is a one-way street: asking questions is okay, but engaging in some conversation yourself or simply saying "ok, I'll reconsider that" is already asking too much.
