Thank you for the feedback.

: The problem is somewhat the size of the platform staircase. I am assuming a length of about 2.90m, then with a rotation of the staircase the hallway would also be quite large and the access to the restroom becomes problematic. However, I actually find the orientation of the kitchen quite good. I lose direct access to the terrace from the west side, but it somehow looks right inside.

I have now widened the hallway in my floor plan so that it can function as a wardrobe. From my point of view, it is well and sensibly used in that place. At the same time, I have rotated the platform staircase by 180° and drawn the kitchen similar to your suggestion. I have not looked at the upper floor in detail yet, but it should be doable.

Attached is now also an overview of the property. The orientation is not directly north-south, but rotated by about 25°.

Thanks for your feedback,
Best regards,
Morty

I consider it a matter of upbringing to give the hint myself as the TE about where the beginning of the story is. Well, since the effort has already been made for me, I can gladly provide it:

Do you need it? For what purpose?

I also found it in the green, but I'd rather wait to see if it gets posted here ;)

I find it - especially compared to those advisors who had already responded before - rude to make it difficult for them to go back and recap the discussion thread. If someone resumes their topic after a six-week break, not everyone can just reload that from the cache of their 11ante memory. The majority of people are neurotypical; they don't have this feature ;-)

Sorry about that. I created my own email addresses for the house construction and immediately forgot the passwords. In the meantime, quite a bit has changed regarding the property (survey, slight adjustment to the [BP]) and the floor plan as well. I assumed the old thread wouldn’t be helpful...

Best regards,
Morty
