I would also find a shed roof very nice, but my boyfriend doesn’t want it.
This TV room is rather meant as a "Bundesliga/soccer room." It was a small compromise I had to make :D. If needed, the sofa there could also be pulled out so guests can sleep there. The lower guest room is intended more as an office or ironing room.

Have you planned for a child or is the children's room just unused. If you have planned for a child, I think it is inconveniently located. I would plan it with the TV room - meaning that the door is in the private area. Always passing by in pajamas at the entrance is not so nice. The others have already mentioned the rest and I can only agree.

Yes, a child is planned. The more often I look at the floor plan now, the less I know how to remodel it.

I am missing views / contour lines / elevation points. I would accept the proposal for the slanted corner to allow for more hallway passage. I would omit the garage intermediate door. Although the area sizes are different, I would swap the guest room and the sports viewing room. What exactly does the master of the house object to regarding the shed roof proposal?

Rotate the staircase where the landing is drawn. Then it will be about three steps "shorter". The house will certainly not be boring without smoky eyes or the like around the front door either.

I agree with most of you here regarding the objections: leaving the child aside, the wardrobe with the staircase looks disharmonious, downstairs it feels very cramped ... What I find great is that you planned right away with the terrain and the slope. That is already the best way to enjoy life with the house and garden. Many forget the garden and only plan a balcony on the upper floor... I would like to try something. But the photos you uploaded seem to be nothing more than screenshots: I can’t read any number properly on the screen in a separate window. Would you please upload everything again in higher quality?
