Sooo... since I had time, I squeezed out the 10.35 with reading glasses :P All good... I played around a bit.... quickly with PC-le.. I felt like colorful pictures. If you see an approach there (I don’t really know how the terrain runs - there could still be a lot done. For now, it should just be a thought process with a straight staircase.

The question is: how is the slope modeled? I am now reading a terrace in the SW? But if the highest point is in the north (entrance?), how much is then intercepted on this small piece of land strip NW (bottom right)? I have now proceeded according to your definition of south-facing slope ... However, I would also rather want to pass by the dining table to the terrace before I always have to walk through one room to get to the utility room. The paths are not long, but every door and room you make to the hallway is tedious. It is not cozy. The office will probably become a laundry storage ;)

Do not remodel the children's room and TV room. It is good as it is. Keep the children's room where the TV room is now up to a certain point in time, then switch the rooms. At the beginning, you have the desired closeness, later the desired distance. There is no law that says you cannot change the designation of rooms.

I like the suggestion from regarding the room usage! Because as a teenager, the room location being a bit out of the way is not a bad thing at all :)

In your draft, I see very little countertop space in the kitchen. Maybe you should still visit the KI forum for kitchen planning. You wouldn’t want to regret it later. Rotating the kitchen already provides more space.
