Wood storage rack, how close to the property boundary?

My little stack is certainly not "allowed," but I have fantastic neighbors who do not mind it, so we can easily store 80 cubic meters.

If the whole thing doesn't seem so bulky, I would probably just do it. If the neighbor does say something after all, you can still move the whole thing. How high, long, and wide is the whole thing in the end?

There are two racks, 1.2m deep, 4m long, and about 1.8m high including the roof. The guardrails are certainly exaggerated, but people simply used them for that back then because they got them for free. Took them down the day before yesterday and will set them up here over the weekend.
