There we have it: At 1.80m height and 4 meters length, this could possibly or very likely bother me as a neighbor and I would cause you a lot of trouble.

Well, then let's hope that not too many people with Lower Saxony height standards move to Bavaria

I would say that in Bavaria, traditional heating culture is the norm in the countryside

So the location is such that, in my opinion, it won't bother the neighbor there. And for us, it's still a pretty good privacy screen. I'll just put them up now and see how practical it is to go right up to the property boundary. If the neighbor, when they move in, is bothered by it, hopefully they will be reasonable enough to let me know and we will surely find a solution together. Thanks for your comments. Regards Specki

In Lower Saxony, privacy fences up to 1.8 meters high are allowed. Theoretically, one could put up the [Sichtschutzzaun] and build the frame directly behind it. There would therefore be no difference in fact. No approval will be required.

It is about Bavaria. And I definitely won’t put a privacy fence behind it if the frame already serves as a privacy screen.

I recorded both. The point is that it simply doesn't matter whether you set up the frame or a privacy screen with a height of 1.8 meters. However, I don't know exactly how it is allowed in [Bayern]. But you can quickly look it up.
