If you take stone, you can clean it best; if you have a pressure washer, you can achieve the best results with it. It always looks nice, and besides, if you take a rough stone, it is also the safest because you cannot slip on it when you come out of the water with wet feet.

Hey! I would also tend to choose stone because of the constant moisture. This doesn't make THAT much of a price difference, and apart from that, there is no risk of mold or anything like that.

Hello,

I would definitely not recommend wood to you. Because it can easily get moldy and you can also easily get a splinter, which of course is not very pleasant. I can only say that we have always had good experiences with stone and we have already laid many stone slabs around pools. Which stone you then choose is really a matter of personal taste. However, I would go for slabs that have high abrasion resistance and are also slip-resistant, due to the danger of slipping!!!!

Since the wood needs to be specially treated due to constant moisture, I would rather advise you to go with stone. As far as I know, there are the least problems with that.

Hey, so I would strongly recommend stone to you. I just find that much better in the long run. Besides, repairs on the pool can be done better with stone around it.

I think stone is better because of mold and it is also easy to maintain, does not need to be oiled or anything else and also looks nice if you choose a nice stone.
