Can I interpret this to mean that I don't have to worry about the mold and that it will dry out soon anyway because the roof is well built and the moisture will automatically disappear upwards?

I cannot give any recommendation there. I handled it exactly the same way 19 years ago. To this day, I have neither seen nor noticed any mold. Out of sight, out of mind.

Is the wood still visible? The chemical heavy artillery would be, for example, chlorine bleach solution. Mold doesn't stand a chance with that. However, this is not really a recommendation but it would be an option. However, it is very pungent and chlorine bleach solution is not to be taken lightly!

Ethanol (denatured alcohol) would probably also be sufficient :)

But if the wood dries out anyway, the mold will be deprived of its "lifeline" water.

I also cannot give you a binding statement but I still clearly remember a similar experience during my house construction back then. I also suddenly noticed a lot of moisture in the framework, in some places it even dripped, which of course scared me at the time. Eventually it was gone and I was told exactly the same, that there is so much water in the house especially due to concrete, plaster and screed and that it takes a longer time to dry out. In this respect, I see your small spots as practically insignificant and I am rather surprised that someone is using some spray there... probably to calm the customers. The spray probably helps against everything including athlete's foot :D I see it like . Once dried out, problem solved.

It should also be clarified whether it is actually mold. Tests are available, among others, on Amazon. If one can sleep better, I would then try it with denatured alcohol. However, it evaporates quite quickly and therefore requires multiple applications with appropriate safety measures (protective goggles, etc.).

Interesting. I have to look for such a test. Can you otherwise determine with "home remedies" whether it is fungi/spores, etc.? I had also seen black spots on our beams and sent them to the GU. They said it was "traces from storage and transport."
