Windows are smaller than in the building application/work plan.

There are builders who are hardly ever on the construction site. Not every general contractor appoints a site manager. Who is supposed to be asked.

Houses nowadays have nothing to do with those from back then. Then there are only 2 house types without changes, then you can expect that everything works and has the appropriate dimensions.

I don't understand. Where are there only two types? Here there aren't really any types, instead you start by asking, what would you like? And why was building different in the past? When I was a student and worked in construction, building wasn't much different than it is now. That was around 1980.

I see the control that only valid plans are worked according to not as "sensible," but as "necessary"; because what use are correctly executed plans "from yesterday"?

It seems to me that some clients and discussants have a naive image of a site manager, as if they were usually permanently present and sat there with a whistle on a high chair like a referee in tennis. Moreover, screed Ahmeds do not earn their money by asking questions, but by raboti raboti. A construction site is staffed only sufficiently for the hard work, i.e., the staffing ratio is only enough, analogous to a nursing home, for food & cleanliness; the role of the green ladies for conversations at the bedside, accompaniment to the hairdresser, reading aloud, and holding hands must be filled by the client themselves. A site manager is not a nice art teacher who instructs the workers in brush handling. Apart from the fact that secondly the proportion of semi-skilled workers is always increasing and firstly most Kurds do not understand Lithuanian at all.
