Wide garage / carport flush with the house with extension - prefabricated garages?

Hello,

I am currently planning the outdoor area a bit and am thinking about the storage option in the outdoor area.

The basic idea is a fairly wide garage/carport (4.5 - 5m) flush to the right side of the house with access to the utility room. At the back, a fairly wide door (double wing) so that you can occasionally push a trailer into the garden.
To the right of the garage/carport, there should be a room/extension of the same size (as a cellar replacement/workshop/storage room).

I have attached a few pictures – as mentioned, just ideas.

My question now is: Could something like this be done with prefabricated parts? Unfortunately, I have no overview of whether the prefabricated garage manufacturers are that flexible.

Of course it exists. Take a look at prefabricated garages. There are also manufacturers who build garages on-site from even smaller individual elements. Search for "Ökologischer Garagenbau aus Naturbims". But whether the whole thing is cheaper than stone on stone or wood is another question... Why does it have to be a prefabricated garage?

It doesn't have to be necessarily. Allegedly, it is the most affordable option. My project is not very special either - I think it should work with prefabricated parts. At least I hope so, I have no experience.

That's quite a lot of buildings. Don't you have any problems with the [Geschossflächenzahl]?

That would all be safe. Distances fit as well.

I can only warmly recommend garages from Bimsfertigbau Hoffmann (not related or affiliated). I know many of them, already at my age and still in perfect condition.

Hoffmann yes, system-related, because of the pumice boards. They can easily build up to the boundary line as well.

Cheaper than stone on stone yes, more affordable no. You get a first-class durable product. Pumice is also the best for garages, whether cars or junk are to be stored inside, even if unplastered inside.
