I noticed the compressive strength today:

Maxit: Compressive strength after 28 days ≥ 30 N/mm²
Hasit: Compressive strength after 28 days ≥ 25 N/mm²

We want to have a stove built in the living room at some point...

Where a heavy stove is supposed to be placed, there should be no EPS insulation or the like, and if at all, work partially with XPS insulation (thickness/height depending on the surrounding floor structure) in combination with cement screed. Logically, the heating loops of the underfloor heating should also be omitted there. This is what the consultant from the specialist dealer told us. But of course, it depends entirely on the stove and its weight. A 150kg freestanding fireplace can also be placed on a conventional floor structure. The 500kg+ handmade stove has higher demands on the load-bearing capacity of the substrate. When is your screed coming? Have you discussed the fireplace issue with the construction company so they can plan/implement accordingly?

In two weeks. We said that a stove should be built once everything is finished and there is a little money left aside again... That’s why the construction company also installed an Erlus stove right in the middle of the living room... I assume this is being taken into consideration or should I ask again?

Yes, I would definitely discuss how the area around the fireplace will be designed. We have decided on a compromise. Conventional floor construction but without underfloor heating in this area. This excludes heavy stoves but a freestanding fireplace is still possible.

Well, we do want a built-in one and not one to "just place next to it"

This is roughly how we imagine it...

Just came to mind...

There is a 1000l storage tank in the technical room... Does the underfloor heating need to be omitted here as well? At least, nothing about this is mentioned in the underfloor heating plan?
