I am now going to assume from step to step and describe how it was/ will be with us:

Rough installation of plumbing
about 1 week later start rough installation of electrical
then the windows came -> important for measuring the window sills, which have to be installed before the plasterer!

in parallel with ordering the window sills, the masons came again to close slots and do pre-wall constructions

now the plasterer will come
when he is done: lay insulation for underfloor heating and do drywall "pre-wall constructions"

then heating/plumbing again for underfloor heating

then painter (still before fine electrical installation) to fill the ceiling joints

what the tiler and plumbing company want in terms of timing in alternating phases, I don’t quite remember anymore. but the tiler apparently has to come for the first time for the bathtub sealing and then has a short break again. so if you call out work in stages, don’t forget painter and tiler!

and above all always ask all companies how they imagine the schedule: for example, one painter would like to come to us only after the floors (before fine electrical installation) (filling joints of course already earlier - yet we are still a bit uneasy at the thought that he could mess up the floors for us*)

* when did the painter come for you other people?

Are you the construction manager yourself? I would proceed as follows - Drywall in interior construction including possibly the last floor ceiling, but not closing yet (leave ceiling open, walls only clad on one side) - Rough plumbing installation - Rough electrical installation - Windows can be done in parallel - Interior plaster - Floor construction and screed - ...

Painter - electrician - floor layer

The electrician can also do your fine installation last. I don’t understand why the painter would want to come in before the floor layer. Especially with wallpapering, it makes sense if the skirting boards are put on afterwards. And he doesn’t need to specially protect the screed.

I was a bit afraid that the parquet layer would mess up our nice wallpapers: handling long planks, glue, oil, floor sander, etc. But absolutely nothing happened.

On the ground floor, where we only have granite floors, we let the painter do an additional coat after the tiler.

I can almost agree with that. However, for us, just before electricity, the screed layers come to seal the floor (Katja/Erika). Then electricity Then windows Afterwards plastering...
