Which shelf in the shower in the new building

Hello, anyone by chance have a shower niche with LED? If yes, where did you place the transformer? Can you recommend suppliers (also regarding the quality of the spots (electricity and water...)!? Thanks

There are various LED tile profiles - regardless of the manufacturer. Then use waterproof LED strips. Or directly ready-made profiles. Transformer in the drywall. Or wherever you want.

Then choose something from Schlüter, Bersteins, Slotfix etc. They all work. Schlüter is however the market leader.

I am currently looking for something similar. LED strips for the corners of the shower 250cm. The ones from Schlüter look very good in terms of tightness and dirt accumulation. However, I want them to be replaceable and the inserts for the strips are only available from Schlüter. It is questionable whether you will still get replacements in 10-20 years. And they are not COB strips. The individual LEDs apparently cannot be seen here anyway. I would rather install my own COB LED strips in a rail with a cover over it. But here I am afraid that it will not really be watertight and will get dirty over time due to water that slightly penetrates.
