Not that hard: the Mittelland Canal is marked, it runs roughly east-west at least. You can also find "Hügelstraße" on the map.
If you enter both into Aunt Google, you end up directly at a newspaper article about the new development area "Knolls Wiesen" in Schwagstorf.

Such plans are oriented. The top of the plan is north, etc.

… and the development plan is available under "Knolls Wiesen Schwagstorf Bebauungsplan" or also on the homepage of Ostercappeln.

I tend slightly towards number 3. But there are no real advantages or disadvantages. With number 6, you can better divide the property into house in the front, garden in the back. The arrangement of the driveway also seems easier to me. With number 3, the neighboring houses on the blue fields might be a bit further away and you’re not as close to each other. That seems worse to me with number 6. Are there already houses standing?

Thanks first of all for your answers :-)

There are no houses yet. The development was only completed a few days ago.

So I would also tend towards the 6. Our city villa would be about 9x9m in size. Next to it a 6m garage or carport. Maybe go for a boundary build?

That way you would have "contact" to the whole settlement. To the front and to the back!

And for the dog, the "longer" garden would in my opinion also be nicer. In combination with a nice garden shed... :-)

I mean, we can't have high demands. We definitely want to stay in our hometown because our dog always has to be taken to my parents before work and life here is nice and familiar!

A m2 of land costs only €75... Fully developed...

I think you can't really say anything about that, can you?
