I did not mean the artificial river, but the sewage channel under the street. For such a "long" property, the "valley side" street can easily be half a meter below the "mountain side" street without this difference in height being particularly noticeable as a gradient. This height difference would also apply to the "backwater levels" of the two sewage channels, which can make the difference between having and not having a sewage lifting station. Therefore, this is also one of the arguments at the edge whether to connect the house to the West street or the East street (although this does not have to be the same for sewage and driveway).
