Which property should we take?

Hello, we have the choice between 2 plots of land and are a bit uncertain which one is better. The municipal one is towards the north by the forest, the private one towards the south. What would you recommend to us?

The yellow marked area is the street? I personally prefer a garden facing south - it would be possible with both, but with the northern plot you would always have the street in view. I find the view from the southern one nicer.

What is the property above the house in the north?

At first glance, the 630sqm plot in the south is appealing. How much shade is created depends on the proximity and height of the trees. Some shade on the property is not a bad thing. It would be interesting to know how further construction development in the area is planned, as having some view and an edge location does have charm – which would be lost if building continues in the view.

Thank you for your answers. I am attaching a photo that shows the property by the forest more clearly. Nothing is planned in the next few years. For both properties, I would have a field towards the west!
