Hello everyone!
We are thinking about the paving design of our courtyard and our driveway.

We have built a "modern" city villa and want the paving to match accordingly.

We somehow focused on anthracite paving...

A supplier offers us a stone (Lusit Crescendo) in different formats and we don’t know which one to choose! Does anyone have concrete photos of their paving in one of the formats they want to install?

30x20x8 at €16.50 per m²
40x20x8 at €19.50 per m²
30x10x8 at €18.00 per m²

We need to pave a total of almost 160m²...

Are there also experiences regarding the "stability" of the paved area concerning the different stone sizes?

Infiltration? smaller paving stones = more joints = more infiltration.

do you want row, herringbone, random, Roman... that also makes a difference.

The pavement should definitely be laid in a row.

We hadn't really thought about infiltration yet, to be honest. Definitely a point we shouldn't forget!

anthracite clinker paving Dresden or Milan combined with granite steles grey bush-hammered or granite large cobblestones 15x17 for curves. I personally find that very stylish and it is not the most expensive in terms of price. 160 sqm is quite a lot.

Stability usually comes from below. In other words, if the substructure is poor, you can watch how the surface becomes wavy, etc. The stone size only has a limited influence.
