What format do you have? I quite like the solution, practical and visually. I am just wondering: is it possible to install gravel first and later, for example after a year, to pave? Would you have to pay attention to anything special?

At this point: there is a gravel honeycomb for under the gravel. That costs money, no question. But for us, it was important for the path around the house that you don’t sink in with a wheelbarrow, stroller, and bicycle. Laying it was child’s play; they are placed on compacted, leveled gravel/sand and cut to size with scissors. Weed fabric is already included. It can already be used with a wheelbarrow even without grit, and the manufacturer specifies 400 kg as the load with the appropriate substructure...
