We have had compacted mineral mixture since Dec. 17. Visually, paved is nicer - it will be eventually - so far in winter it’s been great. Not slippery, always grip, only when shoveling snow you shouldn’t clear too deep. When I think of my parents’ yard, nowhere is slippery except the pavement. How often I have unintentionally slid down the hill on my backside there.

In rural Mecklenburg, there are not so many new development areas, and if there are, they are not very large. Most either have nothing yet or concrete paving.
Your link is probably faulty. At least I can't get to any video there.

Picking up leaves is a pain. There's always something. But you do have a proper approach there, I want to have the crocs too :P
