Which of the two semi-detached houses do you find better in terms of orientation?
1436 (windowless wall in the southeast) or 1437 (windowless wall in the northeast)?

We prefer 1437 because the windowless wall is only in the northeast and not, like in 1436, in the southeast. However, 1437 is also 20% more expensive due to its size and priced at the limit of what we can afford. The question is, therefore, whether to fully use the budget and have windows in the southwest, or save a large amount of money (land is very expensive here, 1/3 of the costs go to the land, 2/3 to the construction of the semi-detached house) and accept the disadvantage of the windowless southeast wall.
