: You are doing the work for someone who doesn't show even a minimum level of initiative? Apart from that, he probably doesn't understand a word of what you are writing anyway..
because it annoyed me that no one here tries to seriously answer a question.
It becomes clear that the MyGekko system is merely the control center or the user interface for an arbitrarily put together system. Different protocols and different manufacturers can apparently be mixed.
Which lamps you need now does not depend on the MyGekko base system, but on the type of controllers or switches you use at the respective light outlet. Whether you use, for example, a simple switch to turn a bulb on and off, a dimmer for a resistive load, or an LED controller you should actually clarify in advance with the construction company.
So in my opinion, the BUS ring line goes to the button and from there an NYM to the ceiling outlet
So in my opinion the BUS ring circuit goes to the switch
and from there an NYM cable to the ceiling outlet
For everyone else, it applies to simply not write anything if you have nothing to contribute.
I know, the OP is resistant. Not just on this topic. I already wondered if he was a forum troll with his "my general contractor is insolvent and my payment plan is rubbish" topic. I came to the conclusion that he probably isn't a troll. Please do tell what kind of wiring / interface at the switch and as a connection to the ceiling outlets is CONSIDERED.No, of course not... Definitely not that...
