EIB, MyGekko and ring are three things that do not fit together at all...

First find out what you ordered... then someone can help you further... this way it won't work...

I have now laid 5x2.5. 5 cores to possibly stay flexible here for the future (DALI or whatever may come eventually) and 2.5 because of the cable lengths. I wanted to be on the safe side here. In general, however, 3 cores should of course also be sufficient and regarding the cable lengths and the cross-section, you can calculate.

I ordered MyGekko and I couldn't care less how it is installed. At the end of the day, it has to work, and if you don't feel like answering the question so I can make use of it, then just don't write anything.

I want to install the LED spots myself and am wondering which ones I can use. Should I buy the expensive 24-volt spots or can I also use 230-volt spots with a transformer since they are cheaper. Pros and cons would be great. Thanks to you.

You are funny... with such stupid questions* you will neither install your own spots nor be able to operate your smart home. I guarantee you that already.. Have fun..

* yes, they exist... your question was something like: "I ordered a car, do I need the red life jackets to drive or is one tire enough?"
