Which insurances are recommended for house construction + recommendation

We are in a similar situation. Which is unfortunately rarely mentioned (no idea why) is the Bauherren-Rechtsschutz insurance. Here, however, there is only one provider (Örag) that makes sense but also costs accordingly. However, when you consider the financial risk that can arise from defects or etc., the 500-1000€ is peanuts. Nevertheless, these costs still have to be paid.

Yes, I have legal expenses insurance and yes, it already helps me even though nothing has been done to the house yet, including free legal consultations or credit checks. So it doesn’t only help with construction damages.
